Woodpens.com specializes in products made specifically for each customer. Because we offer over 30 different models of pens in 40 different species of wood, it is not practical to have each combination in stock. However, we pride ourselves in customer service and normally fill orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. Exceptions do occur when unusually large orders are placed and during holiday seasons. If we anticipate any delays in shipment, you will be notified promptly.

We normally ship via US Postal Service.

1. Priority Mail $5.40 - Usually 2 or 3 days
2. Express Mail $16.25 - Next Day or Second Day, depending on location
3. Global Parcel Post $16.00 - Typically 4 to 7 days

Keep in mind that mail may be slower near Christmas time.

We cannot accept credit cards for orders which are to be shipped outside of the United States. These orders must be paid for with an International Money Order, Bank Check, Western Union or irrevocable letter of credit prior to shipping.
